Manufacture (Machining and Fabrication) and Assembly

Besides our own products, Novatek also manufactures various products and components for other OEMS and organisations  in mining, general industry, defence and for SOEs.

We have a well equipped machine shop with over 30 CNC and conventional machine tools, including lathes, milling, surface grinding and broaching. We use CAM technology to turn CAD designs into CNC manufactured parts in stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, tool steel as well as castings; including heat treatment and surface treatment processes. We are experienced in the machining of engineering polymers, including high precision fluid seals. We can also do superfinishing of parts and precision manufacture to very high tolerances.

We are able to undertake light fabrication, including stainless steel work.

Novatek also work with a range of specialist suppliers and are able to undertake projects that sheet metal work, profiling, casting, extrusion, specialist heat treatment and finishing and plating processe
